Here’s what we’d like to do for you:


  • provide around the clock advice and support on any disciplinary or incapacity related staff issues;
  • make an on-site chairperson available in all disciplinary inquiries, grievance procedures, appeals and incapacity issues;
  • write all notifications, agreements and reports pertaining to misconduct and incapacity procedures;
  • provide you with CCMA representation and guide you every step of the way through this process; and
  • help you get to the bottom of recurring staff issues and come up with creative solutions to solve these problems.
